1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between SGR Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") and the school or organisation using SkulSync ("you"). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to them on behalf of your school.
2. The services
SkulSync, SkulSync Pro and SkulPay are online services for school administration, academics, fee collection and accounting. The features available to you depend on the solution and plan you subscribe to.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the staff accounts you create, the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect an account has been misused.
4. Subscriptions and fees
SkulSync plans are billed [billing period and terms]. SkulSync Pro is priced by agreement. SkulPay pricing is as published on the SkulPay website and set out when you sign up. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment collection
Dedicated accounts and fee collection are provided through licensed payment partners and are also subject to their terms. Settlement times depend on those partners and the banking system.
6. Your school's data
Your school owns the data it puts into SkulSync. We use it only to provide the services to you and as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to record the information you enter.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use SkulSync for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
- Do not try to access another school's data or bypass security.
- Do not send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them from your school.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep SkulSync available at all times, but there may be planned maintenance and occasional interruptions. Support is available through [support channels and hours].
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for unpaid fees or serious breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable. You may close your account at any time; see our account deletion policy.
